I have a
35-year record of accomplishment as an entrepreneur in the entertainment
industry. As a well-recognized event promoter and business owner, I have
produced, directed, and managed over 2,500 events in over 50 countries
worldwide. I was instrumental in several successful start-up businesses
including; NORTRAV Events, an international special events and conference
planning company, and Vintage Airways, a wholly owned subsidiary of Virgin
Atlantic Airways.
I have had the wonderful opportunity of holding
executive positions with NASCAR, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Blenheim Expositions,
and Palladeno Enterprises. As the former Director of Special Activities for
NASCAR, I produced and directed over 1,000 events and have been credited with
directing NASCAR’s first awards ceremony in a live internationally broadcast
event from Broadway in New York City.
My entrepreneurial spirit and
philosophy is “when a truly motivated individual has a dream, the journey to
success has already begun.” My leisure time interests include boating,
fishing and international travel.
